Further to the discussion about the Sipura phone;

The FAQ basically indicates there is no call waiting. You have to
configure the second line to the same extension.

One really nice thing that I noticed in the FAQ is that this phone has
intercom functionality built in which I assume would work best if it was
used in an office with other SPA-841s.
