a slightly different svccfg invocation:<br>
<pre style="font-family: Monaco, Courier, 'Courier New', monospace; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); border: 1px solid rgb(204, 204, 204); padding: 0.5em; overflow: hidden; font-size: 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: auto; text-align: left; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; widows: auto; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: rgb(239, 239, 239);"># <b>svccfg -s svc:/system/console-login:default "setprop ttymon/terminal_type = xterm"</b></pre>
As best I can tell, the svccfg line you used is valid for Solaris
10,
not 11, but I'm not at all certain of that conclusion.<br>
